N3IQ Brian CWops #302

Brian N3IQ Ham for over 45 years; contester for most of those. Enjoy 95% CW. Current station is set up as a multi-op for budding contesters. 33M tower with Optibeam for 40/20/15/10, stacked with KT34 at 16.5M, wire arrays for 160/80 selectable by direction. Have operated at W3LPL many times in winning multiop efforts. Hold many records (10M contest QRP category from KP2 in 2000), VHF+ roving in several categories and contests. Last 8 or so years in CQWWCW: C6AQQ (Nassau Bahamas), SOABLP, portable station while on holiday, usually 6th or 7th place in category, competing against fixed station with big antennas! 2009 8P9SS, also 6th place world SOABLP. I like "honey nut cheerios" or "life" cereal (and I kill some each contest).
